Peer Assessment Form

This form is meant for you to provide information about the rest of the members of your Literature Circles group.  Please be as honest as possible – these forms will not affect the grades of any student but they will provide important information about how your group worked together.  Please rate each group member in all categories.

• Participation = did the member actively participate in discussions and preparation for the presentation?
• Effort = did the member put a lot of effort into the group: was s/he willing to work, come up with ideas, etc?
• Preparation = did the member always come to class ready to discuss/work in the group?
• Relationships = was the member easy to get along with?  Even when s/he disagreed, did s/he do so with consideration for other group members?
